Venice. Lara begins in a backstreet alley, she moves ahead and a doberman attacks. It takes only a few bullets to deal with it. |
Further on she emerges in one the canals of venice. To the right there is a boathouse, but the gate is locked. |
Inside one of the buildings Lara finds a key to the boathouse to release the speedboat and also a switch to open the gate at the end of the canal |
The speedboat is great for travelling around the canals of venice. Lara goes through the gate and enters the catacombs. |
In the darkness, she finds some more ammunition and in one corner enters the lock. |
Once through the lock she powers into the main canals, but has to be weary of gunmen and club wielding hoodlums waiting for her. |
Some Gondolas block the canal but with the speedboat Lara can ram through them. |
Up above the canal a hoodlum awaits. He cannot get to Lara from the bridge so she bides her time and uses only her pistols to drop him. |
In the courtyard another assailant shoots at Lara. She is too quick for him and her aim is too sharp. When he is dead Lara takes a key to open a gateway in the canal. |
The exit is blocked but mines. But Lara uses another speedboat to speed into the mines and destroy them - she jumps out just in time. |
To open the exit she throws a switch at the far side of venice. Then Lara jumps into the speedboat and races to the exit before it closes - leaping through a window on the way. |
Once through the exit the door closes behind her - she is now one step closer to finding Bartoli. |
